Depth Psychology & Hypnotherapy
For most of my career, I have been fascinated by a question:
Why do some people heal and transform, while others continue to find themselves living inside the same patterns despite years of effort, insight, and personal growth?
That question has shaped nearly everything I have studied, practiced, and lived.
My formal education began with psychology at McGill University, followed by a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine, and I am currently completing a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology. Along the way I have spent more than sixteen years working with people through illness, healing, life transitions, trauma, burnout, performance challenges, identity shifts, and the often messy reality of being human.
Over time, I realized that no single discipline could fully explain what I was seeing.
Medicine could explain some things.
Neuroscience could explain some things.
Psychology could explain some things.
But human beings are more complex than any one framework.
This realization led me into decades of study across mind-body medicine, hypnotherapy, trauma-informed approaches, nervous system regulation, subconscious transformation, somatic healing, depth psychology, archetypal psychology, symbolism, dream work, meditation, transpersonal psychology, parts-oriented approaches, Internal Family Systems-informed frameworks, human performance, and the deeper questions of meaning, purpose, and transformation.
Today my work lives at the intersection of these worlds.
I am interested in the relationship between the body and the mind.
Between physiology and psychology.
Between neuroscience and meaning.
Between the conscious story we tell about our lives and the deeper patterns operating beneath awareness.
After thousands of clinical conversations, I have come to believe that most people are not suffering from a lack of information.
In fact, many of the people who seek me out are exceptionally intelligent, self-aware, and well informed. They have read the books, listened to the podcasts, explored therapy, worked on their nervous system, pursued personal development, investigated functional medicine, or spent years trying to understand themselves.
Yet despite all of that effort, they often find themselves asking the same question:
Why does this keep happening?
Why do the same symptoms return?
Why do the same relationship dynamics repeat?
Why do I understand the problem but still feel stuck?
Why have I done so much work and yet something still won't shift?
These are the questions that interest me most.
My work is not about giving you more information.
It is about helping you make sense of the information you already have.
It is about understanding what matters, what is repeating, and where to go next.
Over the years I have developed a deep respect for the complexity of healing. Often the symptom is not the problem. The symptom may be the body's attempt to communicate something. A protective adaptation. A nervous system pattern. An old story. A survival strategy that once served a purpose but is no longer needed.
Together we explore the deeper architecture beneath your experience.
Sometimes that exploration is practical and grounded in physiology, neuroscience, and clinical understanding.
Sometimes it involves the subconscious, the body, dreams, symbolism, archetypal themes, or the deeper layers of personal meaning.
Most often, it is both.
I believe lasting change happens when we can finally see the pattern clearly enough to stop fighting ourselves and begin working with the wisdom already present within us.
My role is not to tell you who you are.
My role is to help you discover what is shaping your experience, what is asking for attention, and what path forward is most likely to create meaningful and lasting change.
Because while information can tell us what is happening, wisdom comes from understanding why it keeps happening, what matters most, and how to move through complexity one step at a time.
"Information tells us what is happening. Wisdom helps us understand what matters, what is repeating, and how to move forward."

Safe place
A place to be fully human

Healing rarely happens when we feel rushed, judged, or reduced to a diagnosis, label, or symptom.
My goal is to create a space where you can bring the parts of yourself that feel clear, the parts that feel confused, and the parts that have not yet found words.
I welcome people from all backgrounds, identities, and walks of life. Whether you are navigating symptoms, trauma, life transitions, questions of identity, relationships, purpose, or personal transformation, you will be met with curiosity, compassion, and respect.
Together we create space for deeper understanding, meaningful conversation, and your journey to desired change.

What kinds of issues do clients seek support for?
Clients often come for recurring patterns, anxiety, stress, burnout, life transitions, emotional healing, self-discovery, spiritual growth, trauma healing, confidence, purpose, and deeper personal transformation.
How many sessions will I need?
This varies from person to person. Depending on your goals, you may only need a few sessions, however depth comes with time so often my clients chose a longer container / package for our work.
Are sessions online or in person?
Sessions are currently offered remotely via video or phone. Many clients appreciate being able to engage in deep healing work from the comfort and privacy of their own home.
Do I need experience with meditation or hypnosis?
Not at all. No prior experience is required. I guide you through the process step by step and adapt the session to your needs.
Do you have a waitlist?
Yes I currently have a waitlist for sessions. The wait time varies but during our Free Discovery Call I will provide options.

The Deeper Journey
Not every challenge can be solved through strategy.
Sometimes healing requires entering into a deeper conversation with yourself.
A conversation with the subconscious.
With the body.
With the stories you carry.
With the parts of yourself that have been forgotten, silenced, or waiting patiently to be heard.
If that resonates, I would be honoured to walk alongside you.)
